Interior graphics for a 5000 sq m Alcon office a company based in Freiburg, Switzerland. Alcon is helping people see the world better through advanced surgical, pharmaceutical and vision care products. The company serves eye care professionals and their patients in more than 180 countries, reaching 90% of the globe, to help millions of people see the world better with clarity, color and beauty.
The concept: the office building is located next to the train station giving a view of train tracks — a myriad of intersecting lines disappearing into the horizon. Together with the architect we thought of bringing the concept of ‘lines’ inside and have it reflected in both architectural and design elements. The lines are hand–painted on the walls and each floor has it’s own type of lines. The color palette comes from the Alcon’s brand book.
